Conventional Dehumidifiers G-BOX profile
SCOPE: Dehumidifying plastic materials for centralized and beside machine installations.
TECHNOLOGY: Molecular sieves.
APPLICATIONS: Injection mouldings, extruders and blow mouldings up to 550 m3/h capacity.
TYPE OF MATERIALS MANAGED: Plastic granules (virgin and regrind) and flakes with high dustiness.
PLC control SWAN system:
-    Simple visualization with graphical elements;
-    Complete control on the machine parts;
-    Maximum level of customizing (software is SB property);
-    Possibility of installations managed under a centralized control;
-    Dew-point control included;
-    Timer included.
Towers:
-    Configuration until 3 towers (and 2 blowers);
-    Dew-point until -70/80 °C reached with 3 towers/1 blower configuration;
-    Easy maintenance: towers can be removed just like cartridges, reducing the time for replacing molecular sieves; towers can be maintained in stock by the customers; low level of skills needed to replace the towers (3 screws and the pipes for each tower).
