STATEMENT
According to the reports and information that APPLAS Co., Ltd. has received from exhibitors and the media recently, some exhibition companies have organized/are organizing the so-called China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Injection Moulding Industry 2009 (CIM 2009) in different places. These exhibition companies use quite similar titles to CIM in their publicity materials. They even attract exhibitors and sell boo-ths under the guise of APPLAS Co., Ltd., the name of our company. They claim that the CIM Show is a travelling exhibition in China, and is held in different places year by year. Ambiguous answers were given when they are asked about organizers of the show. Upon such misleading and cheating conducts, we, the APPLAS Co., Ltd. make public statement as follows:
(1) China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Injection Moulding Industry（CIM）is sponsored by China National Light Industry Council, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, China National Light Industry Machinery Corp., China Light Industry Machinery Association, and organized by APPLAS Co., Ltd. The CIM 2008, which was a great su-ccess, is the only one of its type ever successfully held in Tianjin. (2) APPLAS Co., Ltd., the only organizer of China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Injection Moulding Industry（CIM）, organizes the Show every two years in order to reach the best show effect. (3) The only host place of China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Injection Moulding Industry（CIM） is in Tianjin Binhai Development Zone, and until now there is no plan to host CIM in places elsewher-e. The exhibition implementation and management is carried out in Beiji-ng by APPLAS Co., Ltd. (4) In order to provide services of higher quality and help the whole industry and enterprises weather the economic crises, APPLAS Co., Ltd. are sparing no efforts in preparing the 11th Asian-Pacific Int’l Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition, which is considered an ideal opportunity for enter-prises to exhibit. . China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Injection Moulding Industry will be held in Sep., 2010, in Binhai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Tianjin, China.
